Gary Gallinger has successfully parlayed his 20-year career in Commercial Real Estate into best serving clients in their real estate transactions. This is accomplished by combining creative marketing solutions with solid negotiating practices, open communication and a client service commitment that begins with uncompromising service and ends with excellent results, mutual satisfaction, referrals and repeat business.
Gary graduated from WSU in 1987, beginning his career just out of school with Greer Patterson & Associates where he worked as a commercial appraiser, gaining invaluable valuation experience. He began leasing Commercial Real Estate with The William Riley & Company in 1991 and continued until he became the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Commercial Brokerage Services in 1997. He then started his position with The Washington State Investment Board where he served for years as a Real Estate Investment Officer. He managed multiple partnerships, with a variety of ownership structures on behalf of Washington State. Gary started up his own company; Harbor Realty Advisors where he now puts into practice all of his experience and knowledge.
Gary’s business philosophy is simple – he maintains a fiduciary obligation to protect the best interests of his clients throughout their real estate transaction. He also maintains a personalized real estate practice. It's based on one-on-one relationship building. He has surrounded himself with top notch team players that have this uncompromised philosophy which has contributed to his continuing success.
His participation with his clients does not end with the completion of a sale. He is available for ongoing consultation, market evaluation, vendor referral and recommendation. Gary’s many satisfied repeat clients speak to his success.
Karl joined Harbor Realty Advisors as a commercial real estate sales and leasing associate in the fall of 2007 bringing over 20 years of business and investment experience to the table. He provides both leasing and investment sales services to our clients throughout Puget Sound with a focus in the Tacoma and Gig Harbor/Peninsula markets.
Prior to joining Harbor Realty Advisors, Karl spent 14 years with Russell Investments where he was manager of portfolio trading. He managed the global derivatives trading and strategy team, where he was involved in formulating and implementing portfolio strategies as they relate to equity, fixed income and currency derivatives trading. During his Russell tenure derivatives based assets under management grew dramatically from a notional $2 to $45 billion.
Early in his career Karl gained valuable experience with four years in public accounting as a tax specialist. His investment background also includes a year of entrepreneurial experience at the Chicago Board Options Exchange where he was an independent market maker after graduating from Claremont Mc Kenna College in 1987.

Seth Fisher joined Harbor Realty Advisors in 2007, after graduating from the University of Washington. Being a South Puget Sound native, he has a good feel for the Northwest marketing areas. He is starting his real estate career with the team, bringing his enthusiasm for learning the business and his unstoppable work ethic. Seth’s main focus is representing tenants and landlords in leasing transactions while keeping his ear to the ground for new clients. The team spirit that he experiences at Harbor Realty Advisors allows him to feel comfortable knowing he has the experience of others to assist him and model his career after.
